Cusco Motor Trans Mount and Beatrush
Pitching Mount Installation
More info to come. This all started from a broken rear pitch mount and owning a early production 06 STI.
The Beatrush Pitching Mount is an excellently crafted billet aluminum piece that installed with ease.
The Cusco Motor Mounts are on hold being that with an early production 06 STI you have to order 05 STI mounting plates to install the Cusco Mounts.

The Cusco Trans Mount install very easily with some support from a floor jack.
Parts were provided from
rallysportdirect.com and were delivered quickly and a special thanks to Tanner for getting the part together and keeping me
informed.
The stock rear Pitching Mount is as you can see
snapped in half. By it being broken it allowed parts
on the engine to hit the underside of the hood. So
instead of dealing with Subaru and trying to do the
warranty thing, I just bought a Beatrush Pitching
mount and because I own a early production 06 STI
with liquid filled mounts I opted to also get the
Cusco Motor and Trans Mount set.
Right: Here is the Beatrush Rear Pitching Mount
install. It is a simple install just by removing the
TMIC and then removing the 2 bolts that hold it in
place.

Below: The Cusco Trans Mount installed. By
removing the six bolts required and supporting the
trans with a floor jack and some wood it is an easy
removal and installation.
Left: Stock 06 liquid filled Mounts that are about to
come out as soon as I get the required metal Plate
from subaru. They a
re now replaced, during the
installation I also found that one of the motor
mounts was also broken and you can see the liner
on the hood was also damaged as well. I had to
purchase the nuts to complete the mount being that
they weren't on the originals. Seen below.
First overall impression of the mounts are good
they do not create very much vibration at all. They
make the car feel more stable and a better shifter
feel. Installation was simple except the passenger
side mount had one bolt that was hard to get at
show to the right.
